
First off, we are very sorry that you are having an issue with something we have repaired. We do everything we can to make sure this does not happen but there are unfortunately too many factors for everything to be 100% perfect all of the time. Please know that we are here to help you in every way we can to help remedy the issue. We would like extra time for inspection/repair to make sure this will not happen again, so please allow more time than the normal repair time for us to perform a longer bench test, so you do not have this happen again.
If your purchase was less than 30 days from the date of purchase, we will cover all shipping cost associated with re-inspection. Our apologies, but if your repair has been over 30 days we will ask you to cover the shipping cost to get your unit to our location.
If your bench test reveals an issue within the vehicle you may be billed for shipping. No need to pay anything now, let's just see what's going on first.
