If you are unable to locate your repair on our website you will need to contact us for a customer service key and choose this option when sending an item for repair. This is not an information request form, you will NOT be contacted after completing this form until your item has been sent for repair. If you have a question please visit our contact page to email us. You will need to enter a customer service key provided by one of our agents by phone before checking out for this listing.

1. Just because it's not listed on our website doesn't mean it can't be repaired.

Some issues can be affected by age and need to be individually diagnosed. Complete the fields to the right and go through the check out process, so we can assist in the repair of your unit. You will not be charged anything when completing this work order. Once your unit has been repaired you will be emailed an invoice with a link to pay for the repair and return shipping.

2. Once you have completed your transaction you will be emailed a receipt that needs to be included in your shipment so we can identify your part.

3. You will not be charged during checkout, but will be billed via secure email before the part is mailed back.

Please call us before completing the work order form, so we can speak about the exact repair needed. Some items are not repairable due to varying conditions, but we can usually provide an option for replacement.

We do not provide repair of modules that perform powertrain functions.

5 year, unlimited mileage warranty (Light bulbs warranted for one year)

Pricing Estimates: (Prices vary based on many conditions. If your repair exceeds these estimates you will be contacted before repairs are made. If your repair falls within the totals mentioned below we will proceed with the repair without notification. If repairs are declined you will only be charged a $50 bench testing fee + shipping.)

All repairs will be priced fairly according to time spent for repair. Typical price ranges are listed below. Individual gauge problems with non-solid state components on older models can be priced less than the prices stated below:
