Do not send a box that you need returned. Your part will be returned in one of our boxes. It is always best to send the original unit, with the IDENTICAL Part number replacement cluster when sending.
- Your Instrument Cluster is inspected, disassembled, programmed, and cleaned.
- We do not warranty used instrument clusters. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the correct fitment for your vehicle, and test it in the vehicle before sending for programming. Some models should not be tested within the vehicle before programming, please call us before installing to se if your unit should be tested within the vehicle prior to sending for programming. Some VAG products should not be installed prior to programming.
- No programming required when installing, unless your vehicle has security information programmed. This depends on year and model of vehicle. Atlanta Speedometer is NOT responsible for programming security/immobillliser information. Sometimes Security/Immoblilizer/PATS Data can be cloned but the part numbers of the original and replacement MUST be identical to program security. Please contact us before purchase is made if you need information about security information.
- Some Instrument clusters can not be programmed without having the original cluster to pull the necessary information. If you are only sending the replacement cluster you must submit a completed Odometer Affidavit before programming can be completed. It is always best to send both clusters with matching part numbers. Click below to complete odometer affidavit, you will be redirected to this page when affidavit has been submitted. Some models can not be programmed without original.
The following manufacturers will require original unit to program replacement unit. Part number must also be identical:
Audi, BMW, Chrysler, Dodge, Jaguar, Mercedes, Porsche, Volkswagon, and many Fords. We can not program VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) Products 2005 and newer. (Please call us if you are unsure 770-831-8802).
Disclosure
We can program most clusters without the need for the vehicle. Atlanta Speedometer will NOT engage in fraudulent mileage programming. If you do not have a valid/legal reason for mileage programming, we will refuse the work. Atlanta Speedometer is not responsible for programming security information into instrument clusters, but we can program security onto some clusters from the original unit. It is your responsibility to make sure the replacement instrument cluster is the correct fitment for your vehicle. You must also have any security information programmed and the vehicle running before mileage programming will be attempted. This service is only for mileage programming.
