The typical problem with this instrument cluster is an internal failure of the main power supply, causing total shut down of the cluster. These can suffer from problems within the power supply. If your cluster is completely dead when you remove it, plug it back in after 30 seconds and see if it powers back on. Please indicate if it does power back on after being disconnected before adding the repair to your cart. You will see all gauges, lights, and displays cease to operate when the problem is present.
