Individual gauges will fail on 08-13 models with the fuel gauge being the most common.

Level 1 - When the fuel gauge fails it will typically not register below a 1/4 tank, causing the driver to run out of fuel. Individual sections of backlighting will fail due to age. If less than 30% of the LEDs are out during the bench test, they will be included with this repair.

Level 2 (Includes Level 1 ) - As time goes on, we have seen equal failures with the fuel gauge caused by the instrument cluster (combination meter) and the Unified Meter. It is recommended to repair the Unified Meter when repairing the cluster, as it is difficult to determine the failed module during scan tool diagnostics. If you would like to send the Instrument Cluster and the Unified Meter at the same time, please select the Level 2 option and include BOTH parts when shipping.

If the center display has failed the display is not repairable and will require a donor unit. Once the repair has been made, the vehicle's correct mileage will be indicated. If you are experiencing any other issues/symptoms with this part please call 770-831-8802.

Your Instrument Cluster is inspected, disassembled, repaired, and cleaned.

- Level 2 - (Includes Level 1) All stepper motor circuits are repaired and burnt-out LEDs are replaced. The Unified Meter is rebuilt. (Requires sending BOTH the instrument cluster and the unified meter module.)
