The only common issue with this unit is a failed power supply for the main speedometer display. The display will typically go dim before going completely out. If you are noticing erratic readings of any gauge, the problem is likely not in the instrument cluster.

You will need to ship the entire instrument cluster for complete testing. Do not ship just part of the unit.
