The most common issue with this cluster is complete failure. The entire cluster will begin to fail and then turn back on at random intervals. This problem will grow worse over time and will eventually lead to complete failure. When the instrument cluster is inoperative, other body functions will also fail (i.e. door locks). If you are experiencing individual gauge failure, the sending unit for that gauge is the likely cause. When individual gauges fail and the "check gauges" light illuminates, we strongly recommend inspecting the sender circuit.
