The most common problem with this unit is the speedometer and odometer fail, but tachometer can also show issues over time. Speedometer failure can also fail due to broken speed sensor, diagnostic is recommended before sending unit for repair. If you are having problems with any of your auxiliary gauges (fuel, temp, etc.) you need to inspect the respective sensors before purchasing this repair.
