When sending your unit for repair make sure to only send the electronic compass portion. Do not send entire overhead console.

The overhead compass will go dim or completely out. If you are able to see you display well and are having calibration issues this repair will not fix your problem. This service will only fix a blank or dim display. This service also does not repair the compass if it is inside your rear-view mirror.
